Every build runs on a monthly care plan, matched to its tier and shown on each package above. The plan is what keeps your site hosted, backed up, monitored, and updated. Annual prepay saves two months. Here's what care covers and how billing works.
Changing the words is included. Changing the structure is metered.
Included in every plan: text and image swaps, hours, contact details, adding a post or a team member to a layout that already exists.
Metered: new pages, new sections, layout changes, new design work.
Included time does not roll over. Unused hours expire at the end of each month.
$95 per hour
One hour minimum. Most small things fit inside the hour. Advice and questions are free. The meter starts when the work requires access to your site or accounts.
Some businesses require additional third-party services based on their unique needs. These services are billed separately at cost.
SquareMark includes the software and infrastructure required to build, host, secure, and maintain your website. Client-specific services such as domain registration, professional email, premium APIs, CDN/storage services, SMS providers, and other usage-based platforms are billed separately at cost. SquareMark does not mark up these third-party services.
No surprises after you sign. Here's exactly how projects start, how plans work, and who owns what.
Projects begin once a 50% deposit has been received. The remaining 50% is due before launch.
Platform builds may be split into 3 monthly payments of $850, starting at kickoff. Care plans are billed monthly on your launch date, or prepaid annually and renewed on the anniversary. If a payment plan lapses, the remaining balance may become due and service may pause until the account is current.
Client-owned assets, including domain names purchased on the client's behalf, remain the property of the client.
Custom website designs, source code, graphics, databases, workflows, and other project assets remain the property of Square Mark Creative LLC until all amounts due have been paid in full.
Upon fulfillment of the agreement, SquareMark will transfer all applicable website files, administrative access, and project assets to the client upon request.
Any outstanding payment-plan balance must be paid before website assets are released or transferred.
